This document explains the information that we collect and how we use it.

This site collects two types of information, Private Information and Public Information. Here is how we use it.

Private Information

This is your billing information and account setup information. This does not include any of the information that appears in your listing. At a minimum we require a contact first name, last name, a valid street address, city, state, zip and email for an account.

We try to be very clear at each point in the site which type of information, public or private is being requested.

Private Information is not included in your listing.

Our policy is very simple. We do not share Private Information that we collect with other companies and we do not sell this information. Here is how we use it:

• For billing purposes. This information is necessary to process your payment for services.

• To contact you regarding your account - email is the primary contact method. (ie If your listing is expiring, we send you an email.)

• Notify you of any changes or additions to the Web site.

• Notify you of other products or sites that we add that are similar to this site.

• And obviously, to comply with any court-ordered request by law enforcement or any federal, state or local law.

We do NOT sell this information.

If at any time we elect to change this policy we will notify you first.

Public Information

By its nature, this information is designed to be displayed to the public. This includes any information that you input for your listing including photos, text, contact information and any other information you deem to share.

This information is displayed on this site and may be made available on other sites - that is kind of the idea.

The purpose of the listing is to showcase your business, but be naturally cautious about sharing too much personal contact information in your listing.

Also note that the site contains some basic copyright notices regarding images, but that any photos that you upload to the internet can be easily captured by others. We suggest the use of a watermark or copyright on the image itself to insure proper copyright of your images if you are concerned about copyrights (Photographers expecially).

If you post it here (or anywhere on the Internet for that matter) figure it will wind up everywhere.

Automatic Rebilling

You have the option to set up automatic rebilling or to expressly rebill. In either case, you will be notified via email approximately 10 days prior to the expiration that your listing is expiring.

Ranking of Search Results

Our listings are returned form a search in the following order. Gold listings - ranked by the original listing date. Then, Basic listings, ranked by the original listing date. If your listing expires without renewing it, and you later add it again, your original listing date will be adjusted to the date of the renewal and your ranking will fall.
